Gawky, annoying and clumsy, but enthusiastic, the kid simply represents a lot of teenagers. Yes, they may be as irritating as hell, but they mean well and may have important parts to play in the future. IF, they are encouraged. IF, they are given a mentor that that can look up to and respect. IF they are given a chance and IF they aren’t continually chastised to being annoying and clumsy. They are learning and what’s more important, they WANT to learn.
